Melinda and Eric - West Colorado Fall Mountain Elopement

Melinda and Eric’s fall Colorado elopement in the mountains was honestly one of the most beautiful days I have ever experienced.

Because of COVID, they had to cancel their original weddings plans in EUROPE (so sad) and decided to elope instead at an airBnB here in Colorado. It was just them and Melinda’s twin sister, Michelle, who officiated the wedding - and of course, me running around them snapping photos ;)

Elopements are so amazing because of how intimate and relaxed they are for the couple. We were still able to include family and friends in the ceremony through a livestream (thank you, technology), and then spent the rest of the day exploring the beautiful forested area we were in and taking a TON of pictures.

Melinda and Eric, thank you so much for your kindness and openness with switching your wedding plans and including me in your celebration :) Congratulations on your wedding, and I can’t wait until you guys can make that trip to Europe!!!

Recently engaged and looking for an elopement photographer that helps you feel comfortable and joy-filled on your big day??? Check out my Weddings+Elopements Page for more booking info - I would love to chat!
