Riley and Alissa - Chicago Floating World Gallery Wedding Photographer

I have been waiting so, so patiently to share this INCREDIBLE wedding with you all!!! Not only was it one of the most GORGEOUS weddings I have photographed, but it also was the celebration of marriage between two of the best people EVER - Riley and Alissa :) Riley and Hank (my husband) have been best friends since college, so we’ve known both of them for a while now and love them dearly :)

Their wedding day took place in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, Alissa getting ready at her mom’s place (such a sweet time) and the guys at a local AirBNB before heading to the Floating World Gallery (which had the most PERFECT rooftop terrace for the first look). We had a blast laughing, running around the streets of Chicago, and making sweet, sweet memories alongside all their loved ones. Their ceremony was full of emotions and love, which quickly moved into a joyous celebration during the reception that I never wanted to end.

If you met these two, you would see how wonderfully their personalities complement one another and probably would not be able to stop smiling - they are honestly some of the kindest and funniest people I have ever met. I could probably write for days about them, but I’ll just let the photos tell the story. Riley and Alissa, thank you so much for trusting me to capture your day and putting up with my craziness - hope to see you guys soon!!!!

And special thanks to all the amazing vendors that made this day possible:
